Sales Tax & Other Fees
Order which are shipped to addresses within California are subject to Sales tax and other government fees. Sales Tax rate & other government fee shall be added according to California Government without notice.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
After receiving your order, 2 e-mails will be transmitted.
1) Order confirmation automatically generated & sent to confirm contents of your order. If there are any mistakes, please send cancellation e-mail immediately.
2) Shipping advice after shipment, Tracking# will be informed.
Return & Exchange
We don't accept return and exchange. In case there are damages or wrong products are shipped due to our error, we will accept return and exchange, the claim must be sent to us within 10 days after shipment. Return must be done by trackable method so that you and we can confirm mutually, return freight from you to us is your responsibility.
Sales Price and Shipping Charge
Sales price and shipping charge is subject to change. However, your cost is guaranteed by order confirmation e-mail which is automatically generated when you place order. Cost information by e-mail inquiry or your study(non-order) on our online shop is not guaranteed.

We don't take order or inquiry by telephone except from Distributors.
Distributor's Rank Change
Rank down/cancel during season (Month of New rice release to Next Year New rice): Free rice from 1st lot of New rice for Diamond Distributor and Platinum Distributor shall be subject to charge. The cost discrepancy incurred by rank-down for 1st lot rice will becalculated and charged based on new new distributor rank. Rank down and cancel with no charge is only when distributor's moving out from United States to other country.
Rank up during season: It is up to distributor's decision. The price discount is applied when rank-up. If you want to rank up to Platinum or Diamond distributor, we recommed to rank up 1 month before new season.
